Is this an official FCC app?
No. GROL Trainer is built independently and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the FCC. It uses the FCC's publicly available Element 1 and Element 3 question pools.
Is the unlock a subscription?
No. After the one-week free trial, the full version is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges.
How do I reset my trial?
You can't. The free trial is tied to your device.
What does the app cover?
All 743 questions from the Element 1 and Element 3 pools. There's a 20-question quick drill, a Simulated Exam that draws one random question per exam topic (the same way the real exam is assembled), and a full-pool mode. The app also shows statistics for each topic and has a searchable browser with a plain-language explanation for every question.
Does the app collect my data?
No. Your quiz history and statistics stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
