About the app

HAMTrainer is a study app for the FCC Amateur Radio Technician license exam.

Data stored on your device

• Quiz attempts and session statistics. These are saved with Apple's SwiftData framework, entirely on your device, so the app can show your progress.
• Trial start date. A single timestamp is saved locally with UserDefaults so the app can run its 7-day free trial.

None of this data is uploaded to any server. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK of any kind.

Purchases

Purchases and transaction records are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. HAMTrainer never sees or stores your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Sharing with third parties

No data is shared with or sold to third parties, because none is collected off your device in the first place.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
