Spectrum Scout does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Location

If you allow it, the app uses your location only on your device, to center the map. It is never sent anywhere.

Our data server (data.freshcoastrf.com, run on Cloudflare): to download public map data files (FCC license data). It receives a normal web request, like any website would. Older versions of the app download the same files from GitHub.
Apple Maps: when you search for a place, your search text is sent to Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
FAA (oeaaa.faa.gov): only when you open an FAA aeronautical study. Only the study number is sent.
Apple App Store: to handle the in-app purchase. The developer never sees your payment details.

The "View location on CellMapper" button opens CellMapper's website in your browser. That site has its own privacy policy.

Downloaded map data, your filter choices and the free-trial start date are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
